The Moby Mountain Swell M is a hardshell rooftop tent made of aluminum and is the fastest of our tents to set up and take down. With just a few contact points, Swell is fully set up in only one minute. Just like our Peak XL and Peak XXL rooftop tents, Swell opens easily and quickly with the help of gas struts that lift the hardshell and raise the tent. This means you don’t have to use force or spend significant time setting up the tent.

You don’t have to worry about unwanted visits from bugs and insects, as the rooftop tent has fine-mesh mosquito nets on all three openings. The tent fabric is made of durable and breathable poly-cotton, carefully chosen for the Nordic climate.

Swell M comes with a ladder, a 40 mm mattress, and, like all other Moby Mountain rooftop tents, a mounting kit that fits 95% of all roof racks.

Moby Mountain Swell also offers the option to purchase a variety of accessories, including LED kit, Zipper pullers og Anti-condensation mat which can be cut to size and placed under the original mattress. The mattress underlay prevents condensation under the mattress and provides extra sleeping comfort.

Swell M also offers the option of additional storage on top of the rooftop tent. Bicycles, kayaks, roof boxes, skis, or similar items can easily be mounted on top of the tent using “Swell load rack” som tilkøbes separat.

We recommend purchasing our Tent lift which is mounted on the ceiling of your carport or garage, making it easy to install and remove the rooftop tent from your car. Additionally, the tent lift provides a practical storage solution when the tent is not in use.
