As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

Calculation of the deadline:
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Special for made-to-order items:
When purchasing goods that are manufactured or customized specifically for you (made-to-order items), you waive your right of withdrawal upon accepting the purchase, as production begins immediately after ordering. This will be clearly stated when purchasing the item in question.

  • The order number, as well as the item number of the product you wish to cancel
  • The email address to which we should send the receipt

You will receive a receipt for your request. You can consider this as confirmation that we have received your message stating that you wish to cancel the purchase.
